He built a sponsorship network based on business connections and exclusive networking events, organizing 50 events in a single year with more than 250 partners.

Now, he shares this knowledge with young drivers, helping them develop their own brand, sponsorship strategies, and business mindset to sustain a long-term career in motorsport.

Elite-Level Training & Physical Preparation
To meet the extreme physical demands of racing, Nicolaj has been training for over 14 years with Team Danmark, Denmark’s elite talent development program. His training includes:

15+ hours of physical training per week
Specialized nutrition plans for peak performance
This expertise in training, nutrition, and mental preparation is passed on to young drivers, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared for the demands of professional racing.
