Launched in 2023 in collaboration with Nicolaj Møller Madsen, the Wimmer Werk Motorsport Driving Program was created to give drivers a professional structure, continuous support, and the right tools to reach their full potential in modern motorsport.
The program is designed for:
Drivers competing with Wimmer Werk Motorsport
Talents transitioning from karting to GT racing
Ambitious drivers looking to take the next step in their career
Our objective is to build more than just fast drivers — we aim to develop complete racing professionals. This means working on performance, mindset, preparation, discipline, and professionalism both on and off the track.
The Driving Program creates a strong community where drivers:
Stay connected throughout the year
Learn from each other’s experiences
Compete in a healthy, motivating environment
Push each other to a higher level
With participants from different backgrounds and experience levels, the program encourages knowledge sharing and mutual development.
Led by Nicolaj Møller Madsen, Head of the Driving Program, drivers receive guidance across all aspects of professional racing. The program is structured around three annual training camps, where drivers meet, train together, challenge one another, and prepare thoroughly for the upcoming season.
This is where talent meets structure – and potential turns into performance.

Each camp is designed to develop drivers in all key areas required to perform at a professional level. Our focus goes far beyond lap time – we work on the complete package:
Physical training and race fitness
Tailored workouts to build endurance, strength, and resilience specific to racing demands.
Car setup and technical understanding
Learn how to work with engineers, understand setup changes, and improve feedback to optimize performance.
Data analysis
How to read and use data effectively to improve driving technique and consistency.
Race weekend regulations and strategy
Understanding rules, procedures, and tactical decisions that win races.
Nutrition and recovery
Personalized race weekend nutrition plans to maximize energy and focus.
Mental performance
Focus, pressure management, confidence, and professional mindset development.
